I'm Bri Southwick, eight years ago my business partner, Kelvin Pearson, and I set out to build a brand that inspired crowds to follow their dreams and passions through culinary experience. It was so important to us to bring authenticity and thoughtfulness into a space that was essential, but at times in need of inspiration. I felt the events I had attended were in desperate need of an operation that cared about the uniqueness, taste and quality of their products. Striving to create a business that our customers could relate to, we dreamed up fruit creations that would leave lasting memories. With high standards for experience flavor and vibe- Space Fruit was born!
